General and editorial enquiries
Email: [email protected]
You may contact us about market-data labels, article sources, broken links, accessibility problems, page errors or general feedback. We review messages in the order they are received. Complex source or correction requests may take longer because we may need to compare the published page with official records or archived data.
Reporting a correction
For a correction request, include the full URL, the exact sentence, number or chart concerned, why you believe it is inaccurate and a reliable source supporting the correction. Our process is described in the Corrections Policy. A difference of opinion about a market interpretation is not automatically a factual error, but we will review whether the interpretation was presented clearly and supported by the available evidence.
Privacy and data requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and identify the email address or interaction connected with your request. For security, we may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request concerning personal information. Please do not send passwords, broker credentials, access tokens, card details, Aadhaar numbers or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Advertising and business communication
Advertising, partnership or sponsorship enquiries should describe the organisation, proposed campaign, landing page and expected disclosure. Commercial interest does not guarantee acceptance, coverage or favourable treatment. Our separation of advertising and editorial decisions is explained in the Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
Source and media requests
If you represent an organisation mentioned in an article, identify your role and provide a public filing, official release or verifiable document supporting the requested clarification. We welcome useful primary sources, but submitting a source does not guarantee that a story will be removed, rewritten or published in a particular way.
Response and record keeping
We usually prioritise security, privacy and material correction reports over general promotional messages. A copy of relevant correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period when it helps document a correction, resolve a dispute or prevent repeated spam. We do not add contact-form senders to a marketing list merely because they asked a question.
What we cannot provide
We cannot provide personalised investment advice, portfolio recommendations, guaranteed market predictions, account support for a broker or instructions for recovering funds from a financial institution. For an account, transaction or regulated-service issue, contact the relevant institution or an appropriately qualified adviser.
